The. Station Dish -id Project <br />3. Income <br />All but one household verbally provided. in- <br />formation (and in some cases vnitien <br />documentation) regarding gross household income. According to income standards for <br />the County of Orange (Exhibit C) adjusted for family size as. published by the United <br />States Department -of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), of the six households :that <br />reported income; two Project households qualify as Extremely Low income (30 %0 or less <br />of area median income), two Project households qualify as Low income .(51 % 80 % of <br />area median income) and two Project households. qualify as Moderate. income (8:1 %- <br />126% of median), The income is unknown for.-the seventh: househalct. <br />4. Ethnicity/Language <br />All. seven households reported Hispanic as: their ethnicity. Five households (7.1.4% o) are <br />Spanish- speaking, and two households (28.6 %) are English speaking: <br />S. Senior/Handicapped Households <br />There are no households: with a senior head of household or. spouse (62 years or older) in <br />the Project. One household reported a current stress. - related disability related to their <br />current unemployed status, and 'one household. desires a first floor replacement unit due.-to <br />a recent knce.surgery on one of the occupants. <br />6. Preferred Relocation Areas <br />All households surveged .expressed a preference to remain in the. Santa -Ana community, <br />in order to maintain -current access to employment; 'schools, shopping and medical <br />facilities.
