The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Elite Bobcat Service, Inc., for $2,607,090, which <br />is below the Engineer's estimate of $3,000,000. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from future review. Categorical Exemption <br />Environmental Review No. 2009-148 will be filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,127,300 for the project (Exhibit 2).
