N0 ~ ON TILE N-2008-124-001 <br />NlQRK MAY NOT PROCEEQ <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: ~~ - ~-C! ~ FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />CAA C ~> CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />~" ~~'Y ~ r,cv Ed Uva~ol..~ <br />~~` THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 30th day of August, 2009, by and between <br />CATHY MOREHEAD + ASSOCIATES, a sole proprietorship (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the <br />City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the <br />Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Consultant entered into Agreement #N-2008-124 (said "Agreement") dated <br />September 12, 2008, for Consultant having special skill and knowledge in the field of interior design <br />and color consultation to assist City in color choice of downtown buildings and structures and interior <br />office design, etc. <br />B. The parties thereto now desire to extend the term of said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises <br />hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as <br />hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The "Term" section of said Agreement is hereby amended and extended through June 30, <br />2010. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement, remain <br />unchanged and in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to said <br />Agreement the date and year first above written. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Joseph W.
