SUPERINTENDENT and CITY shall be collectively referred to <br />as the Parties. WHEREAS, CITY is in need of GED Testing services on <br />Saturdays to make testing more available to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, SUPERINTENDENT is specially trained, experienced and <br />competent to conduct the GED Testing services; and <br />WHEREAS, CITY is agreeable to allowing SUPERINTENDENT to <br />administer GED testing, hereinafter referred to as PROGRAM. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1.0 TERM. The term of this AGREEMENT shall commence on July 1, <br />2009, and end on June 30, 2010, and shall be automatically renewed on <br />an annual basis for a period of three (3) additional years from the <br />effective date, unless sooner terminated by any of the parties in <br />accordance with Sections 5.0 and 11.0 of this AGREEMENT. <br />Page 1 <br />
