OCCTAC in partnership with SAPAAL has established a <br />tutoring program for children who are two grade levels below their peers <br />and an Arts & Literacy program for special education students. The <br />programs are taught by California State Credentialed teachers. The goals <br />of the programs are to ensure the children become successful in school, <br />develop self-confidence, and self-worth.
