Award a contract to C. J. Construction, Inc., the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices in the estimated amount of <br />$212,562.50 for construction of Omnibus Concrete Improvements. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $245,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />This project will provide for replacement of damaged and deteriorated <br />concrete sidewalk, curbs, gutters, cross gutters, wheelchair ramps, <br />driveway approaches and concrete pavement at various locations <br />throughout the City. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis. <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on September 18 and 21, 2009, <br />and bids were opened on October 13, 2009.
