Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2009-02. <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-20 as <br />conditioned. <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2009-08 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On October 12, 2009, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2009-02, <br />adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-20 as <br />conditioned, and adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2009-08 as <br />conditioned by a vote of 5:0 (Yrarrazaval absent) to allow a mixed use <br />office and three-unit residential project with surface parking lot and to <br />change the zoning from General Commercial (C2) to Commercial Residential <br />(CR) at 1331 West First Street. The Planning Commission made no changes <br />to the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff <br />report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Ja M.
