Retain criteria item # 4 (Proposal describes how the agency will <br />partner with the other organizations in order to provide other <br />supportive services, including how the agency will leverage non-FEZ <br />funds to subsidize project development/program related costs.) under <br />the Proposal Ratinn Process in the Santa Ana Empowerment <br />Corporation, Request for Proposal. Federal Empowerment Zone <br />Program, Guidelines for Year 9 Funds 2008/2009 Competitive Grant <br />Process and <br />2.
