The site is <br />developed as a multi - building industrial campus with 14 industrial <br />buildings ranging in size from 9,000 square feet to 41,600 square feet. <br />The proposed project location is a 10,000 square foot industrial building <br />located adjacent to McFadden Avenue in the southwest corner of the <br />property. <br />The General Plan land use designation for this site is Industrial (IND) , <br />and it is located within the Light Industrial (M -1) zoning district. <br />Surrounding land uses include industrial to the north, south and west with <br />residential to the east (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />Project Description <br />California Youth Soccer is proposing to occupy a 10,000 square foot <br />industrial building to operate an indoor soccer league.
