The site is currently <br />developed with a 3,245 square foot multi - tenant commercial building. JC <br />International Services occupies a 1,100 square foot tenant space within <br />the building and provides a variety of financial services, including <br />insurance, tax preparation and money wiring. The remainder of the <br />building is currently vacant. The General Plan land use designation for <br />this site is General Commercial (GC), and it is located within the General <br />Commercial (C -2) zoning district. Surrounding land uses include <br />residential to the north and a mixture of commercial and hotel uses to the <br />east, south and west (Exhibits 1 and 2). <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
