CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2005 -2009 CONSOLIDATED PLAN <br />• Office of the Clerk of the Council — Santa Ana City Hall <br />• Community Development Agency, 6th Floor Reception Area — Santa Ana City <br />Hall <br />■ Housing Division Office, 3rd Floor Reception Area — Santa Ana City Hall <br />A reasonable number of free copies will be available at the Community Development <br />Agency 6th Floor and Housing Division 3rd Floor locations. <br />During the development of the Consolidated Plan (and annual updates) there will be <br />at least one public hearing to obtain comments from persons affected by the use of <br />CPD funds, other community stakeholders, and interested parties. Additionally, as <br />required by program regulations, there will be a 30 -day public comment period prior <br />to the submission of the Consolidated Plan to HUD. The City will consider all <br />comments received from residents, public agencies and other interested parties as it <br />prepares the final Consolidated Plan (and annual updates). A summary of public <br />comments will be included with the final submission. The summary of public <br />comments will include a synopsis of the City's response to written public comments, <br />and an explanation of public comments not accepted, including the reasons why <br />these comments were not accepted. <br />AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSOLIDATED PLAN <br />The City will amend the Consolidated Plan and subsequent annual plan whenever <br />one or more of the following decisions is made. <br />1. A change is made in the original relative priority designation of a housing or <br />community need, or in the purpose, scope, location or beneficiaries of an <br />approved activity. <br />2.
