4. SUBRECIPIENT will file with CITY, prior to the commencement of performance of services under this AGREEMENT, an original Certificate of Insurance and all required endorsements evidencing that coverage required by this AGREEMENT is in effect. 5. If the carrier is a non -admitted carrier in the State of California, the CITY Attorney retains the right to approve or reject carrier after a review of the company's performance and financial ratings. 6. The policy or policies of insurance maintained by SUBRECIPIENT shall provide the minimum limits and coverage as set forth herein below: Coverage Commercial General Liability to include a Broad Form Property Damage Endorsement and Contractual Liability Automobile Liability including coverage for all owned, non -owned and hired vehicles Workers' Compensation Employer's Liability Sexual Misconduct Liability Minimum Limits $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence $2,000,000 Aggregate $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence Statutory $1,000,000 per occurrence $1,000,000 per occurrence 7. Each insurance policy required by this AGREEMENT shall be endorsed to contain the following provisions: a. This insurance shall not be changed, cancelled, limited in scope of coverage or non -renewed until after 30 days written notice has been given to CITY (Endorsement must be attached to Certificate of Insurance). If a 30-day notice of cancellation endorsement is not received, the cancellation clause must include language as follows which edits the pre-printed ACORD certificate: SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED POLICIES BE CANCELLED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE THEREOF, THE ISSUING COMPANY WILL ENDEAVOR TO MAIL 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER NAMED TO THE LEFT.
