50-55% of Proposed Accomplishments Met <br />September 20, 2011 60% of contracted Amount Expended <br />60% of Proposed Accomplishments Met <br />February 20, 2012 85-90% of contracted Amount Expended <br />85-90% of Proposed Accomplishments Met <br />June 30, 2012 100% of contracted Amount Expended <br />100% of Proposed Accomplishments Met <br />Failure to achieve any of the aforementioned drawdown goals, without written <br />exception approved by the CITY, may cause any remaining balance in this AGREEMENT <br />to be reclaimed by CITY, and will negatively affect future funding to SUBRECIPIENT. <br />Failure to achieve any of the aforementioned accomplishment goals, without written <br />exception of the CITY, may cause any remaining balance in this AGREEMENT to be <br />reclaimed and re -allocated by CITY, and will negatively affect continued and future <br />funding to SUBRECIPIENT. <br />D. Should the activity being funded through this AGREEMENT be completed, <br />canceled or terminated prior to the termination date set forth herein in Section IV. A., <br />SUBRECIPIENT shall complete and submit Monthly Performance Reports (MPR), <br />Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and/or an Annual Performance Report (APR) at the <br />time of the completion, cancellation or termination. Said MPR, QPR and APR Information <br />Form shall consist of a cumulative reporting of project -related expenditure and <br />accomplishments relative to the attached. If activity funded through this AGREEMENT is <br />completed, or if funds allocated through this AGREEMENT are fully expended, prior to <br />end of AGREEMENT term, SUBRECIPIENT shall continue to serve its clients for the <br />entire term of this AGREEMENT. <br />E. SUBRECIPIENT shall complete and submit a MPR or QPR in support of all <br />requests for reimbursement. Said QPR shall consist of a cumulative report of project - <br />related accomplishments relative to attached SUBRECIPIENT SCOPE OF SERVICES for <br />the subject quarter. SUBRECIPIENT shall prepare and submit to CITY a monthly MPR, <br />regardless of actual activity. <br />F. SUBRECIPIENT acknowledges that the MPR and/or QPR Forms are <br />monitoring tools that will be reviewed and evaluated to determine SUBRECIPIENT's level <br />Page 19 of 28 <br />
