The tool is called <br />the "Client Strengths Assessment" and it is administered to all clients at program entry and at program <br />exit. This evaluation tool is designed to measure improvements in: Client's economic resources and self- <br />sufficiency, empowerment and self concept, knowledge of domestic violence issues, parenting skills and <br />children's progress and obtainment of violence -free housing. <br />Human Options also hs a client tracking and data collection system that tracks all the services the client <br />receives while they are in the shelter including number who were homeless at entry, number of referrals to <br />other agncies, number of bed nights spent at the shelter and housing obtained at exit. <br />Exhibit A-1 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
