Dolores Ramos, an individual <br />(hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter <br />"City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. Due to external forces related to completion dates of the Consultant's work product, the <br />parties agree to extend the Term of the Agreement. <br />B. Section 3 of the Agreement permits the Executive Director to approve extensions of the <br />Term. <br />Now therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to March 30, 2010. <br />2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />,- ,_, <br />MARIA D.
