This comprehensive intake details client demographic
information such as name, date, residence information, gender, race/ethnicity, age, income level and
source, substance abuse/mental health information, children's information, and residences over the past
three years (to determine chronic homelessness). WTLC's specialized database ("Alice") is used to store
all this information, create reports, and is used to enter all services provided for clients. Each client has a
client file which is checked against the information in Alice, so provides a system of checks and balances.
Exhibit A-1
