This comprehensive intake details client demographic <br />information such as name, date, residence information, gender, race/ethnicity, age, income level and <br />source, substance abuse/mental health information, children's information, and residences over the past <br />three years (to determine chronic homelessness). WTLC's specialized database ("Alice") is used to store <br />all this information, create reports, and is used to enter all services provided for clients.
