Final report on Exercises submitted. <br />2.4 Acceptance Criteria <br />Completing the project in a timely manner will require a rigorous deliverable and review <br />process. The GTSI Team assumes that the following process shall be employed: <br />• Interim reports, drafts, status reports, memos, collections of data, and other such working <br />documents may be requested of or provided by the GTSI Team, however, only those <br />items listed in the Deliverables List above shall be subject to this process of review and <br />approval. <br />• The GTSI Team Project Manager shall submit the specified deliverables to the SPD for <br />dissemination and review. <br />• Comments on a deliverable will be submitted to the SPD who shall develop one set of <br />coordinated comments for presentation to the GTSI Team Project Manager. <br />• The consolidated comments for each deliverable shall be submitted to the GTSI Team <br />Project Manager within ten business days of receipt of the draft deliverable. <br />• GTSI Team shall have five (5) business days to address the comments on the deliverable <br />and submit the final document unless otherwise identified in the schedule. The SPD will <br />review the revised draft to confirm that all of the comments were properly addressed. <br />This review will be limited to comments made on the initial draft. Additional or new <br />comments made on the revised draft may be subject to change control. <br />• If the SPD has not provided comments on the revised draft within ten business days, the <br />deliverable shall be considered accepted and complete. <br />• An acceptance certificate shall be submitted with each final deliverable for the Southern <br />Planning Project Director's (SPD) signature. <br />• Upon acceptance, an invoice shall be delivered to the GTSI Program Manager or <br />designee, due thirty days from receipt. <br />• Unless otherwise specified, each final deliverable shall consist of one professionally <br />bound hardcopy and one electronic copy delivered to the SPD via email or CD. <br />• Upon delivery and acceptance of all project deliverables to the SPD, the project will be <br />deemed complete. The GTSI Project Manager will supply a form upon completion for <br />the signed acceptance of this project. <br />2.5 Technical Project Assumptions <br />Completing the project in a timely manner will require a rigorous deliverable and review <br />process. Our statement of work is based on the following key assumptions and project <br />acceptance process: <br />The Ca1SIEC Southern Planning Area shall designate an individual to serve as the <br />Southern Planning Area (SPA) Project Director (SPD) representing the CA Southern <br />Planning Area and participating jurisdictions/agencies. The SPD will be authorized to <br />make decisions on behalf of the CA Southern Planning Area and participating <br />-~- <br />GTS! Confidential and Proprietary. Use or disclosure of the data contained on this sheet is subject to the restrictions on the title page of this <br />proposal. <br />
