EXHIBIT B <br />LANDSCAPING <br />Trees and shrubs that are damaging or could potentially damage the foundation of a dwelling <br />shall be removed. Trees and shrubs that are damaging or could potentially damage the main <br />water and sewer lines shall be removed. Trees, shrubs and vines that are damaging or could <br />potentially damage the exterior walls of a dwelling shall be removed. Trees that are dropping <br />leaves on the roof of a dwelling shall be trimmed or removed. Trees that are unsafe or located <br />near power lines shall be trimmed or removed. Dead or diseased vegetation shall be removed. <br />Lawns shall be reduced as much as is feasible creating more planting areas for drought <br />resistant plants. Sprinkler systems that are inoperative or inefficient shall be replaced. Drip <br />irrigation systems shall be installed when practical. <br />All new vegetation shall be drought resistant. Contractor is responsible for the care of the new <br />vegetation during the rehabilitation project. <br />FENCING /BLOCK WALLS <br />Fencing /block walls that are hazardous, deteriorated or damaged beyond feasible repair shall <br />be replaced.
