To allow for increased proactive enforcement time of patrol officers by broadening <br />the availability of data transfer locations and eliminating the current time spent out of the <br />field and in the station to accomplish these manual tasks. <br />Quantifiable Performance Measures: <br />Performance will be measured by the expected increase of patrol time spent in the field as <br />opposed to the current practice of returning to the station to accomplish data transfer. <br />Funding: <br />Total Allocation: $82,412 <br />PROACT Contribution (10 %): $ 8,241 <br />Administrative Fee (10 %): $ 8,241 <br />Funds Retained by City: $ 65,930 <br />Westminster City: <br />The City of Westminster proposes to use the 2009 Justice Assistance Grant funding as <br />follows: <br />Proiect Ob "ec� tives (Must be linked to meaningful and measurable outcomes consistent with <br />the goals of the Recovery Act; refer to solicitation) <br />1.
