III. Prepare a final comprehensive report (test and summary report) following the conclusion <br />of the performance test. <br />A. The test report shall include a description of testing methods, testing criteria, list of <br />locations tested, and test scores. <br />B. The summary report ("Executive Report") shall employ graphs and charts summarizing <br />the scores of all testpoints and make comparative analysis of the test results to the <br />minimum standards found in the franchise and the current <br />CFR 47 Part 76 (FCC) Rules and Regulations. <br />
