1.6.2.3.Total fiber port capacity will vary depending upon scope of work. <br />1.6.2.4.Each patch panel shall support ample room for slack storage. <br />1.6.2.S.Each patch panel shall support both single mode and multi mode fiber <br />terminations. <br />1.6.2.6.Each patch panel shall be capable of supporting common connector <br />types. <br />1.6.2.7.Each patch panel shall support different termination methodologies <br />including those that require splicing but be flexible enough to provide <br />only necessary components for the method employed. <br />1.6.2.8.Each patch panel shall have sub-assemblies or have associated but <br />separate housings that support splice trays and dark fiber storage. <br />1.6.3. Provide all required Avaya 110-type termination systems and backboards. <br />Comply with the following: <br />1.6.3.1.Provide all required components of the 110-type termination system to <br />build an industry-typical cross-connect system. Comply with the <br />following: <br />1.6.3.1.1. Provide all required 5-pair connecting blocks. <br />1.6.3.1.2. Provide all required 4-pair connecting blocks. <br />1.6.3.1.3. Provide white label strips for workstation wiring blocks marked <br />every 4 pairs. <br />1.6.3.1.4. Provide white label strips for backbone wiring blocks marked <br />every 5 pairs. <br />1.6.3.1.5. Provide transparent label holders. <br />1.6.3.1.6. Provide 88A2 Retainer clips. <br />1.6.4. Provide Chatsworth cable management panels for the data system <br />equipment racks. Comply with the following: <br />1.6.4.1.Vertical panels: CPI MCS Master Cabling Sections -Black in color. <br />1.6.4.1.1.
