Revenue <br />forecasting approaches and data requirements will be shared with City staff and modified as <br />necessary to reflect data availability and end use requirements. Revenue forecasts will be <br />provided in both constant (inflation-adjusted) and current (inflated) dollars over the defined <br />forecast period. The results of this task will be assembled in a format designed to facilitate <br />comparisons, identify trade-offs, and overall provide decision -makers with key insights <br />necessary to make fully informed decisions <br />Task 9.2.1 Property Assessment/Ad Valorem -Based <br />For each feasible funding source identified in Task 9.1, the Cordoba team will establish the <br />relative magnitude of each contribution based on relevant local data, such as: <br />DATA SOURCE <br />• GIS parcels for study area City of Santa Ana <br />• Current tax assessment for study area parcels Orange County Assessor <br />- Parcel ID <br />- Tax Assessable Value <br />- Land Use <br />• Benchmark Impacts on other systems Public Domain Reports <br />• Historic tax assessment receipts (min 10 years) City Annual Fin. Report <br />• Current/proposed development plans in the study area City Planning Department <br />Task 9.2.2 Indirect Taxes and Fees <br />The Cordoba team will collect and analyze the following parking program information from the <br />City: <br />• Ownership and O&M Structure; <br />• Space locations; <br />• Fees and revenues; <br />• Dedication of revenues; <br />• Future development plans; <br />• Revenue projections. <br />Task 9.2.3 Private Sector Investment <br />The Cordoba team will collect and analyze the following information from the City; <br />• Records for parcels owned by the City <br />■ Parcel ID <br />■ Taxable value <br />■ Zoning/land use <br />• Record of recent interaction with developers <br />• Available space for advertising <br />• Number of candidate stations for joint -development <br />• History of joint -development activities in the City <br />We will submit data requests in writing to the City with as much notice as possible. <br />251 Page <br />
