<br />Agreement #W7 -GJC-10 <br />City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />1 shall be appropriately certified by the State of California. Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this <br /> <br />2 Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall submit to CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR a list of the names and <br /> <br />3 qualifications of all instructors who will be providing such training and shall notify CONTRACT <br /> <br /> <br />4 ADMINISTRATOR within five (5) business days of any amendments or revisions thereto. <br /> <br />5 13. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />6 CONTRACTOR shall comply with and adhere to the performance accountability standards and <br /> <br />7 general program requirements described in Sections 136 (Performance Standards) and 195 (General <br /> <br />8 Program Requirements) of the Act and applicable regulations and as contained in Exhibit "C". Should the <br /> <br />9 Performance Requirements defined in the Agreement between the State of California and the County of <br /> <br />10 Orange be changed, COUNTY shall have the right to unilaterally modify this agreement to meet such <br /> <br />11 requirements. <br /> <br />12 14. PLANS AND PROCEDURES <br /> <br />13 CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />14 CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY's WIA Policies and Procedures for <br /> <br />15 recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from CONTRACT <br /> <br />16 ADMINISTRATOR. Said Policies and Procedures may be modified by CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />17 upon ten (10) days written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />18 15. SATISFACTORY WORK <br /> <br />19 Services rendered hereunder are to be performed to the written satisfaction of CONTRACT <br /> <br />20 ADMINISTRATOR. COUNTY's staff will interpret all reports and determine the quality, acceptability and <br /> <br />21 progress of the services rendered in accordance with the Performance Criteria listed in Exhibit "C". <br /> <br />22 Inconsistencies in performance will be corrected as they occur and are detected. <br /> <br />23 16. REPORTS <br /> <br />24 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit such reports, data and information at such times <br /> <br />25 as CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR may require, and in the form CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR may <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />W1A Cost Reimbursement Agreement - Green Jobs Corps <br /> <br />12 <br />
