<br />Agreement #W7 -GJC-1 0 <br />City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />1 Education Amendments of 1972, as amended; the Equal Opportunity provisions in Executive Order 11246, <br />2 as amended by Executive Order 11375 and supplemented by the requirements of 41 C,F,R. Part 60; and <br /> <br />3 with ail applicable requirements imposed by or pursuant to regulations or Executive Order implementing <br /> <br />4 those laws, including, but not limited to, 29 C.F,R Part 37, The United States, the State of California and <br /> <br />5 COUNTY have the right to seek judicial enforcement of this requirement. <br /> <br />6 (2) CONTRACTOR shall comply with the provisions of the Fair Employment and Housing Act <br /> <br />7 (California Government Code, Section 12900 et seq,) and the regulations promulgated thereunder <br /> <br />8 (California Code of Regulations, Title 2, Section 7285,0 et seq.), The applicable regulations of the Fair <br /> <br />9 Employment and Housing Commission implementing Government Code Section 12990 (a-f) , set forth in <br /> <br />10 Chapter 5 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations are incorporated into this Agreement <br /> <br />11 by reference and made a part hereof as if set forth in full. <br /> <br />12 (3) In the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR and its subcontractors shall not <br /> <br />13 deny the Agreement's benefits to any person on the basis of race, ancestry, national origin, religion, color, <br /> <br />14 ethnic group identification, sex, age, mental or physical disability (including HIV and AIDS), medical <br /> <br />15 condition (including cancer), marital status, denial of family care leave, political affiliation or belief, nor will <br /> <br />16 they unlawfully discriminate, harass or allow harassment against any employee or applicant for <br /> <br />17 employment because of race, ancestry, national origin, religion, color, ethnic group identification, sex, age, <br /> <br />18 mental or physical disability (including HIV and AIDS), medical condition (including cancer), marital status, <br /> <br />19 deniai of family care leave, political affiliation or belief. CONTRACTOR shall insure that the evaluation and <br /> <br />20 treatment of employees and applicants for employment are free from such discrimination and harassment. <br /> <br />21 (4) CONTRACTOR will include the non-discrimination and compliance provisions of this <br /> <br />22 Section of the Agreement in all subcontracts to perform work under this Agreement. <br /> <br />23 (5) CONTRACTOR wiil give written notice of its obligations under this Section of the <br /> <br />24 Agreement to labor organizations with which CONTRACTOR has a coilective bargaining or other <br /> <br />25 agreement. <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />WIA Cost Reimbursement Agreement - Green Jobs Corps <br /> <br />21 <br />
