Set Public Hearing For <br /> CONTINUED TO <br /> / ~C~c FILE NUMBER <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 2009-19 as conditioned. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> On October 26, 2009, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution <br /> approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-19 as conditioned by a vote of <br /> 5:0 (Gartner abstained) in order to construct an automatic carwash <br /> facility at 202 East First Street in the General Commercial (C-2) zoning <br /> district. The Planning Commission added a condition to require the <br /> applicant to complete a voluntary lot merger prior to building permits <br /> being issued. Additionally, at the request of the applicant, the <br /> Planning Commission modified the hours of operation to 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 <br /> p.m. (Exhibit A) . <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> ~ <br /> J M.
