In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br /> project is Categorically Exempt per Section 15303. This Class 3 exemption <br /> applies to projects less than 10,000 square feet in urbanized areas where <br /> all necessary public services and facilities are available and the surrounding <br /> area is not environmentally sensitive. <br /> Section 2.
