The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2008-0l2 dated January 7, 2008, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided material testing and <br />construction inspection services. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend the attached Fee Schedule to comply with California prevailing wage <br />requirements. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, COMPENSA TlON, shall be amended by replacing the current Appendix <br />C, with a new "Fee Schedule" dated July 1,2009, attached hereto as Appendix C, and <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2.
