On July 1, 2009, the <br />hospital was acquired by AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center, LP, a California limited partnership, and the <br />name of the hospital changed to AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center ("ARMC"). <br />Effective March 1, 2010, ARMC will bill the Police Department only once each month for <br />services rendered under the Agreement.
