Relocation Contract for <br /> <br /> Agency-Owned Homes <br /> December 7, 2009 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Both firms were requested to amend their bids to only include relocation <br /> of the homes, constructing foundations, shear walls, laying underground <br /> connections required for utilities, and any necessary demolition. A contingency of $78,406 for a total project budget of <br /> $601,113 will ensure adequate funding to cover any unforeseen items. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br /> proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br /> Nos.
