OCT, 28. 2009 8:49AM STANLEY ACCESS TECH NO. 029 F. 2 <br />SPLCIFICATIONS <br />City of Santa Ana — Building Maintenance Division <br />Specifications for the now ADA door operators to be installed on the existing doors are specified <br />below and listed on the attached diagram. <br />Loc,_ atfnn of Work. - <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Intermodal Center <br />1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />(First and Second floor) <br />Scolay, of Work.. <br />The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of the following <br />new ADA door operators on the existing doors as specified and Iisted in the attached Depot <br />Diagram, First and Second floor. <br />Labor shall include all necessary mechanical installation, electrical connections, and any minor <br />painting and stucco work to match the existing. All work shall be completed in accordance with <br />all applicable codes, rules and regulations that include safety and workmanship. <br />F,aulpm <br />Shall be: <br />LCN Closers <br />121 W. Rail Road Avenue <br />Prince -town, IL 61356 <br />or equivalent with the approval of the Building Maintenance Division Superintendent. <br />sf. 19NE: explanation of usage <br />Each of the door listed below shall be equipped with an ADA approved decal 'visible in both <br />directions with indication manual -use (Push -Pull), automatic -use (activate the door by <br />handicapped Push/plate), push activation. <br />Mortise unlatch motorize electronic strike. <br />Doors shall be equipped with auto flush bolts. <br />Power transfer devices. <br />
