EXHIBIT B <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREMISES <br />SITE PLANS/ DESCRIPTIVE RENDERINGS <br />However, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between the LESSOR and <br />LESSEE that the exact and precise location of the LESSEE's Facilities are subject to <br />review and approval by the planning and/or zoning Boards having jurisdiction over the <br />"Premises ". <br />Therefore, it is expressly agreed and understood by and between LESSOR and <br />LESSEE that the precise location of the Premises as shown on Exhibit `B" may be <br />modified by the LESSEE in order to comply with and obtain necessary planning and /or <br />zoning approvals, and any and all other approvals necessary for LESSEE's intended use <br />of the property. The Premises as described herein may therefore be modified by the <br />LESSEE to reflect the final engineering design.
