5.10.2. Allowing operation of a Taxicab by a Driver not possessing a valid <br /> OCTAP Driver Permit stating that the Driver is affiliated with the <br /> Permittee; or <br /> 5.10.3. Failure to comply with the OCTAP Regulations; or <br /> 5.10.4. Failure of authorized Drivers to comply with the OCTAP <br /> Regulations; or <br /> 5.10.5. Operation of any Taxicab at a rate of fare higher than the <br /> authorized fares; or <br /> 5.10.6. Failure to cooperate with an Agency's law enforcement officers, <br /> code enforcement officers, OCTAP staff, and/or California Highway <br /> Patrol; or <br /> 5.10.7. Operating its business in violation of the insurance requirements in <br /> Section 5.2.3; or <br /> 5.10.8. Failure to comply with the drug and alcohol policy and program <br /> required in Section 5.2.2. <br /> 5.10.9. Failing to fully satisfy any court judgment entered against the <br /> Company arising from liability for operating Taxicabs, including, but <br /> not limited to, judgments related to collisions or operating without <br /> the requisite insurance, within 15 years after the judgment was <br /> originally entered. <br /> 5.10.10. Being held liable under any judgment, decision or determination b <br /> any public or regulatory agency for operating Taxicabs without the <br /> requisite insurance after the adoption of these regulations. <br /> 5.11. Company Permit Penalties/Suspensions. <br /> In lieu of revocation, the OCTAP Administrator may impose a penalty in the form <br /> of a fine, a period of suspension, or both a fine and period of suspension. <br /> 5.12.
