Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2009-04 as conditioned. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Request of Applicant <br /> Sequoia Deployment Services, representing AT&T, is requesting approval <br /> of a variance to increase the height of an existing 60-foot high <br /> cellular antenna to 63 feet and a conditional use permit to allow the <br /> co-location of a second carrier on an existing monopine at 26493 West <br /> First Street. <br /> Property Description <br /> The property is located within the Light Industrial (M-1) zoning district <br /> and has a General Plan land use designation of Industrial (IND) <br /> (Exhibit 1). The property is bounded by commercial and industrial uses to <br /> the north, commercial uses to the west, and commercial and industrial uses <br /> to the east. There are duplex units in a planned residential development <br /> and a retail use to the south (Exhibit 2).
