Section 3. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby accepts and authorizes <br />and directs the City Manager and the Chief of Police, or their designees, to accept and <br />authorize the additional sub-grant award from the State of California Emergency <br />Management Agency in the amount of $25,000.00. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes and directs <br />the City Manager and/or the Chief of Police to execute and submit all documents and <br />take any necessary action, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, a public entity <br />established under the laws of the State of California, for the purpose of obtaining state <br />financial assistance provided by the California Emergency Management Agency. <br />Section 5.
