Second Amendment to Agreement with Environmental <br />Engineering and Contracting Inc. <br />February 1, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />EEC provides inspection of new food service establishments (FSEs), <br />training and support of City Sanitation Inspectors, support and <br />maintenance of the FSE database, coordination with other agencies to <br />insure compliance with regulatory requirements, and technical support to <br />City staff for all FOG - related issues. <br />It is recommended that the agreement with EEC, Inc. be amended and <br />extended for a six -month period for a not -to- exceed cost of $90,000 <br />during the six -month term. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Sanitary Sewer Service Fund (accounting unit <br />05617640 - 62300). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Raul Godinez VI Francisco Gutierrez <br />Executive Director Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency Finance & Mgmt.
