The parties entered into Agreement ~-2006-106, dated October 24, 2006, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Contractor has provided vending <br />services for certain City facilities. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish <br />to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the term for an additional one- <br />year period, through June 30, 2010. <br />2.
