INS U?~ ONCE <br />CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to procure and maintain during <br />the entire term of this Agreement public liability insurance, <br />naming RIVER VIEW, the City of Santa Ana, and the Orange County <br />Flood Control District as co-insureds, insuring them against any <br />loss or damage arising out of CONCESSIONAIRE~s operations of the <br />restaurant and/or "half-caay house" in the minimum amounts of <br />$500,000.00 for any person, $1,000,000.00 for each occurrence, <br />and $150,000.00 for property damage; provided, however, that <br />should the City of Santa Ana and/or the Orange County Flood Con- <br />trol District impose upon RIVER VIE6V public liability insurance <br />limits higher than those herein described, then CONCESSIONAIRE <br />agrees to procure and maintain insurance satisfying such higher <br />limits, Should CONCE5SIOiJAIP.E fail to pay or maintain such in- <br />surance, RIVER VIEW, at its option, may procure same, and any <br />sums so paid by RIVER VIEW shall be repaid to it by CONCESSION- <br />AIRE upon written demand therefor. CONCESSIO~;P.IRE shall procure <br />and furnish to RIVER VIEW a certificate of insurance evidencing <br />the issuance of said policies issued by the insuring company or <br />companies. <br />RIVER VTEG7 agrees to procure and maintain fire, casualty <br />loss, and extended coverage insurance upor. the restaurant and <br />"half-way house" real property improvements, including real pro- <br />perty fixtures, for the full initial construction cost thereof, <br />naming P.IVER VIEW and C0~7CESSIOv<~IRE as co-insureds as their in- <br />terests may appear; provided, nothing contained herein shall pro- <br />hibit the holder of the first security interest in any such <br />-17- <br />
