1. Award a contract to All American Asphalt, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with unit bid prices for the base bid plus <br />add -on alternate one in the estimated amount of $2,929,195 for <br />construction of Residential Street Repair — Phase 12. <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction <br />cost of $3,515,000. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
