( "GST ") and the City of Santa Ana, <br />( "City„) <br />9 <br />o d RECITALS: <br />N A. The parties entered into Agreement A- 2008 -332, dated December 16, 2008 <br />• W (hereinafter "said Agreement "), by which City purchased from Consultant hardware <br />�j and software to provide automatic vehicle locator (AVL) services and mobile mapping <br />services for the Santa Ana Police Department. <br />B. The City desires to purchase additional hardware to equip additional vehicles with the <br />AVL system. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1, PURCHASE ITEMS, shall be amended to include the following additional <br />equipment and services: <br />Hardware: Sierra Wireless AirLink PinPoint X HSUPA — Ethernet cable, DC <br />power cable, single -band GPS antenna (3 year manufacturer <br />warranty) <br />Quantity 26 tr $695.00 Total $18,070.00 <br />Siena Wireless AirLink Pinpoint X HSUPA — Ethernet cable, <br />DC power cable, Tri -band, GPSlCellular antenna (3 year <br />manufacturer warranty) <br />Quantity 4 @ $710.00 Total $2,840.00 <br />Tax on hardware $1,829.63 <br />Service: Installation and on -site testing of GPS hardware (per vehicle) <br />Quantity 30 @ $240.00 Total $7,200.00 <br />Shipping & handling per vehicle <br />Quantity 30 @ $20.00 Total $600.00 <br />
