The parties entered into Agreement #N- 2009 -062, dated May 20, 2009, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement ") by which Consultant has provided low cost dog and cat <br />vaccination clinics to serve City residents. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />adjust some of the insurance requirements of said Agreement. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 5, INSURANCE, subsection b, shall be amended to require business <br />automobile liability insurance, or equivalent form, with a combined single limit of not <br />less than $100,000 per occurrence, $300,000 aggregate. Such insurance shall include <br />coverage for owned, hired and non -owned automobiles. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA D.
