The homes are to be said to first-time homebuyers with incomes at <br />or below 8~ percent of the area medzan. The three-bedroor~ home w~.~.l sell <br />for 17 0, 000; and the taro, four-bedroom homes will sell for 17 5, O D O <br />each. construction of the homes is now complete and the three families <br />selected through the sales lottery process have been qualifyed to <br />purchase the homes . McFadden; and 102 ~ <br />1~cLean Drive , Habitat is a non-profit corporation created for the purpose <br />of constructing and sell~.n new homes to low and moderate inco~re <br />families, <br />Also approved was oHQO and o&o Development as the developer for molt i <br />family housing at sites ~.dentified as 217, 219 ~ ~5, ~7 .
