<br /> Housing Element Progress Report <br /> <br /> March 1, 2010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Housing Element Annual Progress Reports are due to the State Housing and Community Development <br /> (HCD) and the State Office of Planning and Research no later than April 1st of each year. The report is <br /> required if a jurisdiction's housing element identifies the Acquisition and Rehabilitation of existing <br /> housing to meet Regional Housing Need Allocation (RHNA) for the construction of new housing. In <br /> addition, the Progress Report is also required to be eligible for certain State funding programs such as <br /> <br /> the Housing Related Parks Program (HRP).
