Set Public Hearing For <br /> CONTINUED TO <br /> ~..~-~i FILE NUMBER <br /> G~ <br /> CITY MANAGER <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION <br /> Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with <br /> Intergraph in an amount not to exceed $45,000 per year, for atwo-year term, subject to <br /> nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney for computer software <br /> maintenance for the Public Works Agency. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The Public Works Agency uses Intergraph software for design of the City's infrastructure and for <br /> the Geographic Information System. The City has an agreement with Intergraph to provide <br /> software maintenance and updates. The current agreement with Intergraph will expire in May <br /> 2010.
