Extension of Entitlements for <br /> CUP No. 2006-12 & ME No. 2006-04 <br /> March 1, 2010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> <br /> The YMCA has already received approval for their precise grading plans and is close to obtaining a <br /> building permit for their temporary office space. Further, the applicant has indicated that plans for the <br /> remaining portions of the first phase (soccer arena and pools) will be submitted into building plan check <br /> <br /> within the next 30 days. As permits will be obtained and construction will be commencing by summer <br /> 2010, staff recommends that the entitlements for the YMCA of Orange County be extended by a period <br /> of one year. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project is exempt from CEQA per <br /> Section 15061 (b)(3).
