INSURANCE ON FILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INSURANCE EXPIRES <br />dot -J/- /U <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE; -3 -,2 - -a <br />N- 2009 - 134 -001 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />AA be 1--)c` THIS AMENDMENT TO RECREATION SERVICES AGREEMENT is entered <br />into this I" day of January, 2010, by and between Claudia Carbonell (hereinafter <br />"Provider "), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement N- 2009 -134, in November, 2009 (hereinafter the <br />"Agreement ") by which Provider has provided classes through the City's leisure class <br />program. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Recreation Services Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, TERM shall be amended to extend the term through June 30, 2011. <br />4. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Sixth Amendment to <br />Recreation Services Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />MARIA.
