The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br /> Production. <br /> Waiting List <br /> <br /> As of December 31, 2009, there were 8,980 individuals/families on the waiting list. The waiting list <br /> opened October 1, 2007, and closed November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br /> characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br /> <br />
