The Housing Authority pays the difference between the tenant portion and <br /> <br /> the contract rent. This payment is the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP}. <br /> <br /> The average HAP for October through December 2009 was $903. <br /> Produc#ion <br /> HQS Inspections <br /> Each assisted unit must be 7.
