Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to provide that the compensation <br />for services provided pursuant to this Second Amendment shall not exceed $37,000, <br />as set forth in Exhibit A -2, attached hereto. The total amount to be expended <br />pursuant to said Agreement, as amended, shall not exceed $309,000.00. <br />3.
