AMENDMENT TO <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE <br />SANTA ANA WORICFORCE INVESTME, NT BOARD/YOUTH COUNCIL <br />AND THE <br />SANTA ANA W /O /R /IC CENTER/ YOUTH SERVICE PROVIDER NAVIGATOR <br />This Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding is entered this J day of April <br />2010, by and between the Santa Ana Workforce Investment Board ( "W1B ") /Santa Ana Youth <br />Council and the Santa Ana W /O/R/K Center ( "Provider ") acting in its capacity as the Youth <br />Service provider Navigator. <br />RECXTA &S <br />A. The City.and Provider entered into that certain Memorandum of Understanding dated July 1, 2009, <br />hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement ", for the Santa Ana W /O /R /K Center to act as the "Service <br />Navigator" for all WIA youth services, and its eligible participants. The Service Navigator's function <br />within the Youth Service Provider Network is to coordinate services in a manner that eliminates <br />bureaucracy from the participating providers. <br />B. The patties hereto now desire to amend the "Budget" attached as Exhibits C and D to said <br />Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, <br />the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Section 5 of said Agreement regaining Budget shall be amended as follows: <br />"BUDOET: The W /O /WK Center acting as the " Provider", sliall provide all of the <br />services discussed herein its well as those set forth in Exhibit A, for the monetary amount set <br />forth in its updated and revised Budget attached hereto as Exhibit C -1 and D -1." <br />2, Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain <br />unchanged and in frill force and effect. <br />/// <br />N <br />�1, <br />Exhibit 1 <br />
