Fixed Charges <br />Fixed charges, which include City Equipment Rental, Insurance, IS Strategic Plan and IT <br />Support, are assessed by the City of Santa Ana and the Community Dovelopment <br />Agency. Charges are allocated based on staff costs and usage. <br />Indirect costs are 5.92% of the full time salaries and are budgeted at $10,385 for fiscal <br />year 2009.10. <br />Miscellaneous <br />Supportive services are budgeted at $1,000 for the service navigator.
